I am a versatile and highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, counseling, training and development, coaching, career development, and project management.

 

As a former HR Leader, I have been recognized for creating an environment of trust and integrity, building collaborative relationships, and delivering exceptional results that streamline processes and improve productivity. As a innovative leader with an ability to maximize employee performance, I have secured lasting success with a solid commitment to excellence.

 

I possess 8 years coaching experience, over 15 years in the human resources profession, and over 25 years’ experience in leadership. I also have professional working experience in banking, education, and in property management.

 

I earned my Master’s degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University, and my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Western Michigan University. I have received formal coach training and certification as a Personal and Executive Coach through the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute, International Coach Federation, and am certified in emotional intelligence. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) nationally, and a member of the Ohio Valley ICF chapter.
