Gretchen Johnson is a Life and Leadership Coach with 9 years of coaching experience, over 15 years in the human resources profession, and over 25 years’ experience in leadership.
As a former HR Leader, Gretchen is passionate about seeing leaders excel and serves as a partner in helping them to maximize their individual and organizational potential enabling them to become powerful, purpose driven leaders at work, home, and in their communities.
Through coaching, training, speaking, annd assessing behaviors, Gretchen's proficiency has extended across a diverse spectrum, from emerging leaders to Vice Presidents and Administrators of organizations. Her approach, rooted in positive psychology and strength-based methodologies, has showcased her dedication to incorporating multidisciplinary practices in the realms of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As a Coach she leads with service, courage, and love and a commitment to delivering high-quality coaching experiences.
Gretchen earned her Master’s degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University, and her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Western Michigan University. She has received formal coach training and certification as a Personal and Executive Coach through the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute (CAPP), International Coach Federation (ICF), and is certified in emotional intelligence and DISC. She is a certified member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team, the International Coach Federation (ICF) nationally and Ohio Valley ICF Chapter locally, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) nationally and Butler/Warren County SHRM local chapter.
